Extensive formal training in consultative selling and coaching programs helped me to further integrate my skills to train and coach others for success in sales.

During 25+ years with startup companies, I ‘started from scratch’ multiple times to build and sustain an opportunity pipeline and drive growth and revenue. 

As the first or only sales executive, I collaborated with leadership and marketing to write communications and define new products and markets.

About Bobbie Antinarelli

Bobbie is the Founder of OpenDoor Sales Consulting and the creator of OpenDoor Pathways. With over 25 years of experience in direct selling, sales consulting, training, and coaching, she brings a mindful whole-person view and practical guidance to professionals navigating career and life transitions.

Along with an MA in Counseling Psychology, her background includes early work in education and training, an M.A. in Counseling Psychology, professional coach training with Wellcoaches (affiliated with Harvard Medical School through its Institute of Lifestyle Medicine), and certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. The cumulative influence of her experience informs an approach that blends practical strategy with an understanding of the personal factors that shape growth and change.
