As a resident sales trainer I’m a consistent training (and coaching) presence to design and deliver training in a variety of formats - tailored to the specific role and skill levels of leadership, inside and outside sales teams, and those who support them.

 

Training formats range from an ongoing series of workshops or established curriculum to sales meeting agenda topics, retreats, and conferences. Sales academies may be scheduled in conjunction with regional or national events or across locations.

When you need someone to jump into the trenches with your sales team, OpenDoor can serve as a short or longer term member with defined responsibilities and timeframes. Activities can range from writing to coaching to lead generation, based upon your need.

 

Whether yor face a temporary gap in bandwidth or need to supplement the team's skills, I’ll work alongside your team to enhance its efficiency, productivity, and success. We'll meet to stay on track and pivot when needed to assess my contribution.

Prospecting / Direct Sales
Team sales support to qualify leads or prospects for business (may include commission)

As part of my fractional services, I can step into a client-facing role. Collaborating with sales and marketing, I may focus on generating leads, setting appointments, and prospecting to build a solid opportunity pipeline.

I leverage targeted prospecting methods to identify and reach out to potential customers to qualify leads,
secure appointments, and transition smoothly to a sales executive. My personal prospecting approach sets the stage for a longer-term business partnership.
