It’s important in a sales- oriented team culture that all who sell share a common sales language and process. Senior leadership may be required to sell before dedicated sales staff is hired. Set the sales foundation from leadership down to team.

 

Lead2T™ training is customized for any role or skill level. Content is delivered via courses, workshops, or meetings with minimal disruption to responsibilities. Sales Academies are created for groups across multiple corporate markets or locations.

Post-Training Complimentary

Coaching Support

Provided as a value add to support continued learning and mastery

Questions or requests for clarification or support may arise after a session is completed. Sales training participants are offered complimentary coaching support for two months post training.  This can be delivered individually or in small groups - ad hoc.

 

I'm available for follow up support to clarify content, or help to apply tools and techniques taught. As a former teacher and current trainer, I know the value of the student / teacher relationship and commit to ensuring the sales success of each learner.

Sales Training Materials

Crafted and revised to reinforce learning and support onboarding

A companion digital Key to Success Sales Guide is provided during training for participants to track  learnings and create one’s own individual reference guide. The guide is designed to be dynamic - and updated as learnings are applited for mastery.

Support to develop customized company training materials is available. This may include writing documents, training guides, slide decks, or infographics to reinforce training and provide pertinent onboarding resources for new hires.
