Coaching may be provided as a standalone service or integrated within Lead2T™ Training or other services. Coaching may span an individual mentorship to ongoing scheduled and ad hoc sessions to assess proficiency and foster confidence. On Call coaching is available.

Coaching is tailored and pertinent to the specific roles of individuals or teams. Leadership sales coaching for startup and growing companies helps those who must close business in order to fund the hiring of dedicated sales professionals.
One on one and group coaching is provided for any role - lead generation; inside sales; outside sales; business development; account management; and, client success. Support can range from messaging to writing to presentations skills.

Coaching call sessions may be scheduled for open discussion or targeted to a specific networking event or conference. Pre/post planning and outreach can be addressed participation was planned or arosse unplanned and guidance and direction is needed.

Series of coaching calls may be scheduled (weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly) to accommodate established meeting schedules and execution of sales initiatives across various roles and markets. Sessions may be open or agenda driven as preferences dictate.
Resident Sales Coach
​Contributing member of the sales or professional development team
On either a retainer or fractional basis, I can provide ongoing access and support to the sales team. I maintain a consistent presence to support and provide access to me througout the week. Meeting times may be scheduled or ad hoc as needs arise
