​​We'll review and assess your current sales structure with the intent to integrate people, process, and technology (CRM). This will foster a sales-oriented team culture and define common sales language. Benchmarks will be defined for all who sell.

Benchmarks and stages are integrated into the CRM.  Sales will document activity to build and sustain an opportunity pipeline and track sales activity.  This data will help to assess sales performance, identify potential sales training needs, and project revenue.

​We’ll assess your products, solutions, and markets and how you’re conveying your value proposition to prospects and clients. their value proposition to clients and prospects. All communications will be reviewed for consistency and clarity.

I'll collaborate with marketing to write or revise communications that support sales initiatives.  These may include one pagers, success stories, blogs, website content, email campaigns, etc. that that support branding and sales initiatives.

Purposeful Prospecting pulls it all together, leveraging the structure you've put into place to start generating leads and building the sales pipeline. We'll determine the process and guidelines to transfer a qualified lead to sales.  Then..
